My IP has been banned but not my account?

    My IP has been banned but not my account?
    Okay so I was on yesterday like all night and then I wake up today and am unable to get on sythe without a proxy...can anyone help?

    I tried using IE, Chrome, and Mozilla.

    My default browser is Chrome and if you need my IP I will happily PM it to anyone who can revoke this ban.
