Hey, i'm just trying to make an account at my college dorm, and it says the ip has already been used to make an account.

It told me to include all of this, please help.

Please do one of two things:

1. You can just get on a proxy and create the account and go about using it.

2. Or you can do this - http://www.sythe.org/dispute-ban-tw...t-does-say-youre-already-registered-read.html

Which just requires you post a new dispute where you state your requested Username and the Email to link to the account.
