    Graphics Card Replacement Guide

Have an outdated Graphics/Video Card? Heres a quick Tutorial on How to update it!

First go to a computer store and look for the cards. Can't find them? Than ask for help! Don't spend over $200 USD because, you are not getting much more than that one for $100. The only reason you would get a more expensive one is if you are a graphics engineer or a Pro-Gamer. Make sure your card is the right input for your computer such as AGI,ect.

Since you now have your card go home or to where your computer is at. If your software it came with has a tutorial watch it BEFORE!!!! you do anything. Ok First off delete your old Cards Driver in the Add/remove programs area in your computer.

Next Turn off your computer and make sure every thing is unplugged.

Take off your computer's cover and find the old graphics card. Most of the time they will be screwed into place, so unscrew it. Most graphics cards can come right out now by pulling on it or just wiggleing it around to loosen it up. But be careful! DO NOT FORCE IT OUT! Next find the matching slot for your card. Insert your card until it is nice and secure and than screw it into place. NOTE: Some are intergrated into the motherboard but there should be 3-4 slots so just pick any of those.

Make sure the two plugs for the moniter is coming out the back of your computer. Sometimes you might have to put two screws in! This is very important because that conducts some of the electricity! I forgot to do that and turned this easy project into an all nighter. >_<

Ok now put your computer back together and get it all plugged in. After this turn it on and insert the software it came with. Download all the stuff. The Wizard should help you with this.

Ok now to check it worked go under properties/settings/advanced/adapter. Here it should tell you your driver type. Does it match yours? If so congradulations you can now play RSHD!

Might want to add that some graphics cards are integrated into the motherboard and can't be taken out, but you simply just add your new graphics card.

I know nothing about computers, and I looked at the guide.

I could write that information myself, and i know nothing about them.

Your spelling sucks and this is so easy a caveman could do it without a guide. Epic Fail.

You fail. About 95% of the people on this forum have never changed a graphics card or a even computer literal enough to figure out how on there own.
