    stocks are simple....
    stocks go like this: UP and DOWN, UP and DOWN

    so, buy them up, liquidate, and cover the short down, and repeat.

    its not rocket science... all it takes it timing... and common sense.

    but then again, I do have a phD in economics......

    You can never know what is going to happen though, ei the Great Depression, the Recession right now. Gold is and I believe always will be the safest investment.
