    playerauctions bad experience

    hello guys, want to tell you about my bad experience with playerauctions website...
    bought runescape 3 account for 260$, price includes account, paypal fee and insurance
    paid for account, get account details, changed everything, added authenticator
    after some days i was doing some quests and get disconnected, account was locked for security reasons, and the only way to unlock account was to recover account via recovery form
    i filled all the info seller gave me, but info was fake, seller gave me fake info about account ownership, so i tried to contact seller via PM on playerauctions, he responded me he will look at this, but nothing he didnt responded me...
    i opened dispute filled all the info gave all the proof, all the screenshots where i am trying to recover account and my recover request always denied because seller gave me fake info about account... recovery email was changed back to seller email that was BIG proof that seller recovered account
    so i wrote to playerauctions dispute team, i gave them all the info about trade, all the proof i collected, where is 100% that seller recovered account.
    next BIG proof was, seller scammed me, and another guy who bought account from him also, because other guy who bought account also changed feedback to account was recovered after few days, so thats next proof...
    those proofs are enough i think
    but playerauctions wrote me thats not ENOUGH :D so OK they wanted from me something special :D write to JAGEX support and ask them if original owner recovered account :D so ok i tried to find support but jagex dont have direct support via email, they only have recovery forms... they are not communicating with people. so playerauctions told me write to jagex twitter and ask them there if original owner recoverd account.
    i wrote them and they didnt wanted to write me directly account was recovered by original owner or something like that, after long time of communication i get finally answer from jagex, YES original owner recovered account... so YES i sent proof to playerauctions that jagex confirmed it...
    i was happy, but answer from playerauctions was "THATS NOT ENOUGH" :D are you fucking kidding me? i was angry like hell... i was also communicating with playerauctions guy there on sythe, and he said if seller do not give proof he didnt recovered account, and i didnt give proof seller recovered account, favor will be on my side, but NO favor was not on my side, but i gave them all they wanted from me...
    so guys there you can see you are not covered by playerauctions, even though you pay for insurance...
    last chance to get my moneys back was paypal dispute, so i opened it escalated to paypal dispute team and YES i get my moneys back finally after a long time... and now i am banned on playerauctions :D seller is always selling accounts on their website...

    ^^ And btw from my experiences it seems many have had issues with them, so it may be best to stay away if you are looking for smoothest possible experience.
