Got scammed by Korean.oce elo boost

<-- these were the payments, august 29th being the boost from plat 3 to d5 within 2 days but the 2nd payment from september 1st wasn't cleared until the 5th of september. It's been over 2 weeks and the boost hasnt been completed yet








He may just be busy atm.. but I'm still cautious so I'll post this and wait for his reply.

 

Could you please post all the Skype logs so I can see what was discussed in relation to when the service should have been completed. Could you also please post proof of Skype: ATTENTION! ALL SKYPE PROOFS MUST INCLUDE THIS!

I'd also appreciate it if you could PM me your LoL IGN and point out to me which games they played, but I understand if you don't feel comfortable doing so.

 

he never discussed when it would be done he just said asap.
