Invalid Runemetrix Report

Hello, i purchased an account from RuneMetrix

Shortly after the account was banned for RWT

Which is fine, but regardless he never helped me recover the account - and on top of that, he recovered it himself as i do not have access to the account any longer. The recovery email has obviously changed.

I know i won’t get my money back. But i wanted to make this report to hopefully i guess beat a dead horse.

With the recent blog posts about all bans being appealable, i feel it’s fair for me to make this report, though the account was permanently banned for RWT. he could have helped me with recovery info & he didn’t have to recover it himself.

Clarification, i’ve made multiple attempts to change the password and log on to the account on the website, but i do not receive the emails because he recovered it. i have access to the “[email protected]” email still but yeah. hopefully this makes sense.
