RS still worth it to play legit?

Do you guys think it's still worth it to play Runescape legit? without botting.

I miss those 2004-2006 RS days before the G.E.

Is it worth it to get in it again? or should I just move onto another game?

#1 reason why I love Runescape is because of the time commitment. You can get on for 20 minutes do something productive and log off. Unlike other games where 20 minutes is barely enough to check your auctions/character.

 

I think it's worth it as long as you get genuine enjoyment from it. I no longer do, so I don't play legit anymore (except occasionally some pking or something with friends).

However if you love the 'time commitment' you spend playing RuneScape legit, then I say go for it.

But not everyone feels the same way, especially how 80% of RuneScape players have resulted to botting.

 

Yeah, I get what you mean.
I want to play RS because it's an MMORPG. I want to play in a world full of players not bots. I remember the 2006 days of RS were the best of the best. Everyone was active and talking and rarely were there bots.

#1 I hate about new MMORPGs are that they divide characters by servers. So if you are on server X and your friend is on server Y you can't see them. Best thing about RS is meeting up with your friend in the same world.

 

I know right , i was playing maplestory. I found out my school friend plays it and we were so excited to go home and play it together. Didn't that we know , we couldnt meet because we were from different servers.

 

I have a near-maxed total 138 entirely legit and I don't regret spending my time on it...It will feel awesome when I max out knowing I did it myself.

I also have a level 137 that is almost the perfect PvM account, just need to get 96 Summon for Yak and do some more Dung so I have more Chaotics.

I love bossing on RuneScape, so investing the time into some skills/items is worth the enjoyment I will get out of bossing later.

 

If you enjoy it, yeah. I'm currently botting Herb and Prayer then I'm going to find a group and start bossing and it's the first thing on RS in a long time that I've been excited to do.

I think it is...I play legit and am not super awesome in skills and I have fun...if I had to bot to have fun I'd quit...thats just me, not putting anyone down.

 

I think its worth it... I have only JUST started botting, and thats on all my noob accounts or "special project" accounts. I still have a main character that is completely legit who I train, PK, and quest on Just depends how much enjoyment you get out of the game really... if you find the game unenjoyable now then why even waste your time playing it? Go learn guitar or something lol.

 

I personally haven't "played" Runescape in ages.

I quit in Spring 2009, and recently tried to make a comeback in February when free trade came out.

I've been botting though, if that counts lol

 

I did like the old rs, but how it is now is not too bad. And it worth playing if u still enjoy at the end of the day.

 

I still think it's a good game.

 

I play legit when I feel like it only a little bit.

 

RS would be worth playing legit if the majority of others played it legit.

 

it is worth if u got spare time.

 

The only thing I do legit is pking and killing bosses. I bot skills cuz it is not fun anymore, you have to do the same shit over and over!
