Interfaces?

These things confuse me. Interfaces and Abstract methods. I don't see the point to be honest.

In an interface, my understanding of it is declaring a method twice, except one declaration doesn't have a body. Would anyone care to explain interfaces and abstract methods to me? Thanks.
