Combat experience

Okay so I was wondering if anyone figured out how much exp p/h you get on average while training. And what determines how much exp you get from a monster now?

While dungeoneering I would kill some monsters and get over a 1.5k exp drop and it'll take like 5 seconds to kill.
On the other hand I would kill some monsters and only get like 70exp and they'd be much harder to kill.

It's all confusing I hate this update.
