    Is buying an account safe if....
    If I bought a single character and transferred it to my account would it be recoverable? If it would be, is there any way to buy one with no risk of it ever being recovered?

    You can't transfer toons unless they're apart of the same account.

    If you want to transfer the character both accounts need to have the same last name.

    Ah, thanks for the info. So there isn't a fool proof way of buying characters?
