I absolutely recommend this guy. Friendly, understanding, and does his best to minimize the risks of getting your account banned. He boosted my clamped account (gain/loss = 4 lp) from Silver l to Gold V and finished early before the scheduled delivery. I checked the match record and spectated several games; he surely carried the team and wins consistently. If you need a boost, I'd definitely contact this guy.
