Not really a scammer, but a problem

I recently terminated a service due to the breach of my TOS that the person clearly agreed to now he's said hes going to try to tarnish my name making it harder for me to get service's, is there anything that can be done

I have a screenshot of his ip on the account when i logged on to do more of the service, which mean's hes been on the account again. If you need the ip proof tell me if you want it posted here or in a pm.
