FrankensteinLite — Custom OSRS Client & Botting Framework
Hey everyone!
I've spent quite a bit of time developing my own standalone OSRS client and Java scripting framework, and I'm curious whether there would be any interest in purchasing the project/source code.
What started as an experiment combining ideas from RuneLite and RuneMate eventually grew into a functional standalone client with its own scripting API, plugin compatibility, pathfinding and several working bots.
Main Features
One of the biggest development challenges was creating a fully autonomous GOTR bot capable of handling the changing multiplayer environment.
It supports:

What's the plan?
I'm considering selling the project/source code to another developer rather than continuing to develop and maintain it myself.
This is currently an interest check, not a finalized sale. The project is functional, but there are still some distribution and third-party licensing details to resolve before any handover.
I'm mainly interested in hearing whether there's a market for something like this, particularly among developers who would want to extend the framework or build their own scripts.
Feel free to reply here or send me a PM if you're interested or have questions.
Thanks for looking!

What started as an experiment combining ideas from RuneLite and RuneMate eventually grew into a functional standalone client with its own scripting API, plugin compatibility, pathfinding and several working bots.
Main Features
- Standalone Windows client — Portable EXE with bundled Java, no IntelliJ required.
- RuneLite plugin compatibility — Supports original plugins including 117 HD, Quest Helper, GOTR Helper and Flipping Copilot.
- Custom Java scripting API — Designed for writing bots without directly depending on RuneLite internals.
- Navigation & pathfinding — Including traversal beyond the currently loaded scene.
- Bot Hub — Script discovery, configuration, settings and start/stop controls.
- Game interaction API — NPCs, objects, inventory, banking, equipment, widgets, dialogue, world hopping and more.
- Existing scripts — Combat, mining, woodcutting, agility, runecrafting, wine collection and others.
One of the biggest development challenges was creating a fully autonomous GOTR bot capable of handling the changing multiplayer environment.
It supports:
- Fragment mining and essence preparation
- Active altar selection and rune crafting
- Special portal detection and prioritization
- Essence pouch handling
- Charged cell usage
- Elemental/catalytic contribution balancing
- Round transitions and reactive decision-making
