Briefly explain the trade:
I was doing a service of full void (1 helm, top/bottom & gloves) which is 850 PC Points for 8.5m (so 10k per point) on Runescape. We agreed to this and I said I would have it done by 9PM his time. He logged in several times throughout the day checking up, then at around 6/7PM he requested he would like to go on the account and he would finish the rest of the PC Points. I told him fair enough, pay me the 7m for the 700 points I had gotten and I would be on my way. This is when the problems started as we hadn't set any agreement on how it was going to be paid and hence our opinions on the matter clashed.

Briefly summing it up, he was adamant to log into account to check bank before trading with me and I on the other hand refused to log out of his account until he paid me. We discussed several possibilities of how to do the trade, eventually we agreed to get a MM to hold the 7m. What happened was he decided to change the pass whilst I was looking for a MM, so fearing I would be kicked out of the account I transferred 5m RSGP + a mage book (worth 2.47m) onto my account; with the plan on trading the mage book for 2m once he logged and saw everything was fine. The only reason I took it was for insurance in case he didn't pay as he had changed pass. Probably not the best of moves, but I wasn't going to be scammed out of 7m and had a feeling he wasn't going to pay.

Eventually once I get logged, I tell him I took the 7.47m insurance and he starts moaning about how I didn't have permission and so forth. He acknowledges I got him the 700 points, however he starts complaining I owe him the 470k from the mage book. I tell him to trade me 2m for the mage book and we'll be done, however he says he doesn't have the cash on the account I had gotten the points on; so he would need to sell the mage book. I tell him to get on the "other account" he was initially planning on paying me from, which he declines. So I tell him I'll sell the mage book and pay the 470k, however it wasn't selling for the 2.47m so I tell him I'll give him the mage book so he can sell and then pay me the 2m (honestly it was 2am and I just wanted to get it over with, figured worst case scenario 2m to see if he's a scammer or not). I trade the mage book, never hear from him again. So now he owes me 2m, I sent him a PM yesterday which he's ignored and after the trade the skype messages failed to go through.

So hopefully a mod can contact him to pay the final 2m. Obviously he might not have been happy with how it was handled, but at the end of the day he does owe me 2m.

Also, if it turns out he doesn't want to pay, I would like to request this vouch gets removed.

While I agree the way in which you paid yourself was unprofessional, I can see your reasoning behind it. In future, make sure your trades are more carefully planned out.
