PayPal questions

Some guy made a charge back on me(75$) over one month ago. 9/29/2010 to be exact. He paid as gift and left this note: ''I'm paying for virtual goods that I've already received''
My question is, how long will this case take, should it take this long?


I also got this then I logged in my paypal: Nov 8, 2010: You have received $2,550.00 USD or more in total payments to your PayPal account.

So my paypal got somewhat limited, the only thing I cant do is close my account. They want me to provide Photo ID, Proof of Address and Business information. My question is, what happens if I don't provide all there things?

 

If you cant provide all of that info, then most likely your account will remain limited.

 

Naturally anywhere up to 90 days.

How is this a question?

Your account will stay limited. They are attempting to verify your identity. If you are unable to do so, after 6 months, you should be able to close your account and have the funds sent to you as a check in the mail.

I'm not 100% about everything stated above, but in your case, it would be best to call PayPal's Customer Support.
