* State why Ban Evading was unwarranted : I was previously banned on TommyT_T account, This account was banned due to TWO accounts from the same IP, which i showed to R2Pleasent(Banned me) and he did not reply, ONE was my brothers ONE was mine and i took pictures of our accounts and emails and computers to prove that we both had an account, as i DID not know this was against the rules. This is why i used account Hahhah as i did not get a response for over 6 months.

* State the moderator who applied action(s) on you (if known): Do not know at this time, but a new moderator that did not know the reason why and how.

* Additional information goes here and in subsequent bullet points
I have not scammer, nor received fake vouches, nor done any kind of deception. This is purely a case of non-response to previous dispute and no action taken. Dual IP ban on TommyT_T as BROTHERS account had same IP. No scam's or reports made against TommyT_T. Just a MISTAKE of my brother making an account. This is why i used account Hahhah.

I did not know of this being against the rules at the time. I fully apologized to r2pleasent. When my brother and I both had an account, our posts we made on the forum were in totally different sections, We had no intention of ever breaking the rules.
