Apparently he has been ratted and is trying to recover the account. He is the original owner so if he is unable to recover it and a hacker was able to recover it, I'd assume he has recovered back the account.

I may assume he has recovered it since I have ranked up the account from G1 to Diamond V the past 3 months i had access to it which may be a motive.

edit: I am being told the account is being recovered back, otherwise a refund of some sort will be given.

However.... if the hacker is able to recover it (if it really was a hacker) while the original owner is not able to recover it, that would make it a lot more suspicious...
