Find the exact size of your signature

how do you find the EXACT size of it?

 

Gyazo shows the dimensions of the screenshot while you're taking it, that's what I always use.

 

You should know the size of your pictures and the size of the word fonts you used.

 

Its not also accurate for width for me, but height works. Kinda odd

 

Both are accurate, take a picture and view the .png, they're always identical.

 

Im talking about the automatic size measurements when you're selecting the area for the screenshot

Easiest method is by opening the inspect element tool by pressing f12/settings, select the magnifier and when you hover over your signature it will show the exact measurements

 

I dont think that works, atleast I can't get it to work. If you just have an image in your sig it can tell you the size of said image, but I can't get it to show just the dimensions of everything including text. I can get height just fine, but width shows the entire signature space, including the empty spaces on either side (if centered). Your sig is actually slightly too large from what I can tell.

Too wide. You'll have to put your links on seperate lines (or change text to something shorter) but then you might run into height issues.

Anyways, @jackthehackm8 @Arcane when you have multiple pics/text lines, you'll have to manually check every line for the correct width and add those together; e.g.

to check the height simply hover over the full signature


to check the width if you have multiple sections;







That's 584.09 + 335.2 + 231.53 = 1150.82px and the permitted max. width is 650? so that's already 500.82 over the limit.

Checking it manually will work with every resolution afaik

 

Hardly the easiest method if you have to get dimensions for each 'section' and then add them together. Using something like gyazo would be alot easier for estimations, and if it comes down to a few pixels like it did with yours, I bet I can do it quicker by taking a screenshot and opening it in paint or photoshop.
