The following plug-in has crashed/is unresponsive Shockwave Flash

This is a problem I've been getting for a while now. Once every days I'd get this message when I try to watch a video on youtube. All I'd have to do is open the uninstaller, which would supposedly uninstall it, even though it never did, and restart my computer, to which flash would work again for the next few days.

However, recently this has not been working. After shutting my computer down for the night last night(I was experiencing the same problem for the last few hours) flash worked for 1 video this morning. Then I tried to open paypal and chrome became unresponsive. After closing Chrome, I tried to watch a video again only to get the damn plug-in crash/unresponsive message again.

    Can someone please help?

    OS: Windows 7 x64.
