Searching for a maxed pure, with 4-50 attack, and 31-45 prayer.

So far, the majority of people who have contacted me claiming to have such an account have proven to be scammers. My price range is $250-$325 CAD, depending how close the account is to being maxed. A maxed account is not crucial - I'll certainly consider any account that has 99 strength, and a low attack level. I only plan to use Facebook as a medium for communication, whereby the seller's address, and identity is known.
I will be going first by transferring half of the money, and will transfer the rest once the account's email has been changed. I think any aboveboard seller would agree that these requests are not unreasonable.
