<18 nudies

What is your opinion on the sending and receiving of these?
Basically from teenager to teenager, just wondering what each other looks like. I personally think that as long as you keep them to yourself, it shouldn't be a problem. A lot of guys send any pics they get out to their friends, but that's just dumb.

As you may or may not know, the penalty for getting caught is being kicked out of whatever caught you (eg. football) and being labeled as a sexual predator.

THIS THREAD IS IN NO WAY ASKING FOR PICTURES OR LINKS TO THE TOPIC IN DISCUSSION.

 

Yeah I've always wondered if children looking at child pornography is illegal.
The pictures that I think your talking about however, as long as they were given to you by the person in the photos and your the same age, are ok

 

Very touchy. It's considered trashy in most areas..however honestly i've recieved some, and I felt sort of "skilled" if anything, being sweet/good enough with girls to get them to send you one is sort of a achievement. I dunno, that's my take.

 

I believe that looking at any form of child pornography is illegal of any age unless you're sexually forced into committing in doing so.

Let's think of it this way; rape is only charged to who ever is the oldest, no matter the age. Please note that this is only for underage teens.

 

Child pornography is morally wrong, people browsing through such pictures obviously need some mental counseling. I think there's a difference between child pornography of children age 14 and under. I'm a 16 year old teenage male, and if I come across nude photographs of girls at my school, I'd browse through them. I don't go around searching and trying to enjoy child pornography, but I believe there is a line between child pornography and 15-18 year old porn.

Also, I wouldn't go around and pass these sorts of pictures around. If I or anyone were to be caught with these photos, you'd be considered as a sexual/child predator, and people would look down on you.

 

I can already guess what kind of replies you're going to get from some certain people.

Child Pornography should remain illegal more so for the protection of their privacy.

 

Who are you to say people who watch child pornography needs mental help. Might as well say anyone with a fetish needs mental help. If your 1-17 you are a child 18 in some states you are an adult or even 16 i think. So your statement about 15-18 old porn being different from your version of child porn is simply a matter of opinion.

 

Define "morally wrong" define "morally right" there is no exact definition for these words, the words are approximations.

First of all, I am not criticizing ur opinion hahanerd, I am simply defining my opinion. People who browse through it may not need mental counseling, this is saying that Children under the age of 17 that watch rated "R" movies need mental counseling, and im sure many, including myself, have watched multiple rated "R" movies without being over the age of 17. This assumption could be offensive to people as well. This is just another false assumption and its like saying the word "gay" like most people, in an improper and defining something as stupid. (I do not look up child pornography...)

Although i do support your idea that child pornography can be kept private and if it is spread, then the person can be convicted of a felony. this is my opinion

If you receive a naked picture of a boy or girl from that person, and you keep it private, well okay, as long as your the same age, and you get rid of it immediately. If you are getting pictures of a girl that is 15 and your 17, well that is creepy. If your over the age of 18 you should not be receiving images of boys/girls younger then 18. Maybe if you are dating a girl that's 17, (not having sex) and you receive a sext message (that is what they are called) then okay, just get rid of it asap, and hopefully she is much closer to 18 then she/he is 16.

I think there should be a law saying what ages should be legal to show pornography of, but I don't think 18 is the right age. To be honest I think it should be 14 or 15 but with consent from the parents or guardian.

 

Had a presentation at our school about this, how it's illegal, dangerous, and such.

I don't think it's that big of a deal, being as that person took pictures of themselves, and got it "leaked."

 

Im >18, and im not trying trying to act cool... hard, or whatever, im just saying if you believe me or not, that i get quite a lot of girls, for example, in the past two weeks ive got with 18 girls...
I actually get a lot of pictures too, i have around 200, with the max that a single girl has sent me being 5.
I don't see whats wrong with this, I get them at least weekly, with me never sending any pictures of myself.
I don't send them to my friends, or show them to anyone, I just have them on my computer and phone.
The thing that i did not realise is this is taken seriously by the law... i had a picture of a girl from my school, and some one stole my phone, and released it. With a few days, my school found out, and me, and the girl got suspended.
Also they called the police, and I have my phone searched by them, and deleting everything inappropriate.
I had to attend meetings with PCSO's (Police Commuity Support Officer's... 'Wana be policemen') and had talks with them.
But I still think its fine, and actually within the time of me writing this, i received one :')
Once again, if you don't believe me, i really couldn't care less

Well, just think about this then. You try getting all these girls to send you nude pics, and when they do your happy correct?

Ok, now think about this, your a father, you have a 16 yr old daughter, and she's sending out nude pics, now what? You get pissed off cause your daughter is a whore, yet you asked for nude pics when you were a teen.

Now, explain.

I think as long as it isn't distributed it shouldn't be illegal if the possessor is not over 18 and has pictures of someone under 18..and I don't think being labeled as a sexual predator is very fare either as the person sent you them you didn't force it out of them with a threat or make them do something they didn't want to do.

 

Getting nudes from females (or males - for the females) isn't too hard to do during the teenage years. That's when everyone's hormones are raging and are learning about themselves. I don't think it's much of an accomplishment considering that 99% of the nudes are circulated from another source (not the original sender).

However, I personally think it's fine to a certain extent. If it's all within the same age (minors to minors | adults to adults) then it should be fine.

I just find it ironic that these people that send out these pictures are devastated when the entire school ends up with them. It seems like a double standard to send someone and not expect them to forward it along. Don't do it if you're worried about it.

 

People on this thread are misinformed. Child pornography does not apply to anyone under the age of 18; it applies to everyone who has not reached puberty. So saying having sex with 16 year old who has reached puberty is NOT child pornography. And lets face the facts, many people lose their virginity in high school, and chances of them both being 18+ is very slim. Personally, I do not support child pornography at all. It is absolutely absurd and disturbing. I have no idea how people can do that. It takes a heart of steel in order to do something like that. I also don't support sex before marriage (flame away).
