Simple question

I recently bought something off of someone in the Non-Virtual Item section. I payed for 2-3 day shipping, and I haven't received the item yet. (I bought 3 days ago). If the seller gave me the shipping number, did I not get scammed? Or is it because of Christmas and all. I've been checking the USPS website and it says my item hasn't moved, they've only received shipping data.

 

Have you been able to contact the seller to see if they've shipped it yet? They may be busy since it's Christmas time.

 

I have been able to but haven't since he sent me the shipping number in a PM. I assume it is because of Christmas, although the weird part is that when I try to track it on the USPS site, it hasn't moved. That is the part that makes me nervous.

 

Where do you live? Today and yesterday do not count as shipping days because of the holidays, so tomorrow it will probably start to be shipped.

 

Does the tracking number show up with USPS? If so, just allow time for the item to be delivered.

 

Bad idea to pay for a quick shipement over the holidays, but if you have a tracking number that works that he has given to you, doesn't it mean he actually shipped it?

 

The holidays affect the shipping ETA. Worst time of year to get express shipping lol. Just stay in touch with the seller till you receive and it and all should be fine. He provided you a tracking number so that should ease some nerves. Good luck ^_^ .
