Can't connect to sythe? Am I banned?

Hey. So for the past month I have tried connecting to sythe, It said "firefox timed out." So I said whatever It's down. I then look for sythe.org on my phone, It pulls right up! I have tried to use the un ip blocker, Either someone hasn't looked at it, or It didn't work. My sythe account has almost no infractions, Is it possible to be ip banned without my sythe account? I do not think I am supposed to be ip banned.

Please help me with this one guys!

 

Your IP has just been blocked. If you submitted your IP to the appropriate website to get it unblocked it should have been taken care of.

I'll send a PM to Sythe to see what is going on. A number of users have had this same problem for a while.
