I recieved a infraction for something I do not understand

I just received a infraction from 1227.

I was simply asking for some help. He had told me he wouldn't help me because I didn't pay him and that I was "retarded." Which I believe is not right to be freely used like that and is no laughing matter. But anyways, he said that I did not pay him, which as I remember he didn't ask about payment before/during or even after helping me. Earlier I asked him again if he could please help me as my MSN was again frozen. I he had asked me if my information was still the same and I replied "Yes." About 15-20 minutes went by and he finally replied with "Gah." I asked him if he was having trouble and he didn't reply so I closed the conversation box. I then moved here and posted two threads, this and another one in Help, Requests & Tech. Support section of this site. I was simply asking if anyone could help me unfreeze my MSN as I have many family members that my parents rarely talk to, so asking them for their numbers, addresses is hard to obtain, as well as many very close friends. I had also let this know to 1227 during our past conversation stated above. I had let 1227 know of this second freeze via private message and he replied and I sent him a add. From this I was curtain he was going to help me but then realized he wasn't going to. I asked 1227 what the infraction was for be he answered, " read the rules." From this I had/have any idea where to look, and asked him where to look, be he removed me from his list and blocked me. I try to abide by the sythe rules and follow each one firmly. I believe that asking for some help and then being harassed by 1227 and another guy and then receiving a infraction is very fair. I care very much about my infractions, as I am some day hoping to be a trusted member of sythe.
