Request for Infraction Removal [appeal]

I just recently received an infraction claiming I was "Backseat Modding"
I do not believe this infraction was in fact legitimate. I am quoted saying

My intention was NOT to model myself as a mod or become a mod wannabe.
My intention WAS to show a sythe member how to get the neccessary help he needs. By him posting in the wrong section, he was unavailable to the help of others who would have gladly helped him. I would not call this backseat modding because I was not trying to impose authority over him. It was a casual user-user piece of advice.
Therefore, I believe the infraction given is out of context, and request it be removed as soon as possible.
