Infraction for racism but 0 racist remarks made.

I was told when I started you can't report for private messages #1 because its considered spam.

#2 I was just infracted for racist remarks???

#3 this user has been openly trolling me for over a month and I've requested mods to handle it but they refuse to.

Instead of informing the user he can ignore me so I can't see his posts mods have allowed him to openly flame me constantly.

Not once did I make a racist remark to him.

I private messaged him which is considered spam forum from what I've been told after everyone trolling me in every way.

I messaged him calling him a loser because that's what he is after doing this in every single fucking post.

I've asked mods multiple times to set him straight and you let him constantly , openly and in a multiplicity amount of times put my name in threads.

This isn't a joke mods all of them that have responded to him could have told him "go to profile >ignore> dont post his name in threads"

Instead they let him constantly put my name in his threads.

Now I get an infraction for pming him which is considered spam forum???

I called him a loser what the fucks the problem, anyone that goes out of their way every single fucking post and not a mod steps in..

All I asked staff dont let this user put me in all his posts and not a single mod outside pend has done anything.

He can ignore my profile and never have me see his stuff but instead staff that doesn't like me wants to let him do w.e he wants.

Based on this I felt an infraction for "Flaming/Discriminatory Remarks" was valid. If staff feel differently then feel free to remove it

If staff had informed him how to ignore me in the proper manner I would of never pmed him.

I know you'll all say "it's just an infraction" but its bullshit it shouldn't of came to me even having to pm him.

Staff should have taught him how to ignore me and simply told him dont post my name on his threads, instead I pm him because staff wont educate a user on how to avoid my completely through proper platform measures.

PMs and profile posts aren't spam forum. You're repeatedly harassing the user and quite frankly you're lucky that all @Gladiator issued was an infraction as I believe a temp ban would be in order. Additionally in the future to dispute an infraction please either PM the moderator who issued it, and if that fails make a dispute here: Dispute a Ban or TWC
