Banned from something so long ago..

My other account ' Jaymz ' got banned for ' recovering an account ' I have read the post someone posted which was from about 5 months ago and I only just been banned.. That guy recoverd his account.. So I recoverd mine. His account name was Nautulosio, he has posted it on here recently as evidence that he has it.. Why should I be banned for recovering my account when he recoverd his? The account I recoverd has been sold a long time ago, I have alot of vouches and I do not intent to scam anyone unless they try to scam me.. I have made over £800 off buying and selling runescape accounts. How would I of done this if I am scamming everyone.. I do not scam, I think you should relook over the ban. Thankyou.
