infraction #1

okay,
on the forums I posted a "vouch thread" because I have too many to fit on my profile.

on the thread I even said that if the thread doesn't belong here please delete the thread and PM me where it should be.

so the admin deleted my thread, gave me totally useless information and put a infraction thing on my account with reason "Ignoring the stickies" by megamatt

can someone please direct me to these so called "stickies" because I didn't know where to put a vouch thread. so I just posted it in the most reasonable forum

and there are no "stickies" saying vouch threads.
