Infracted for sticking up for one's self?

I was recently infracted for inappropriate language, whilst sticking up for myself.

I was called "gender confused," by another Sythe.Org member, on this thread:http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=3594742

I think the other person should be infracted for hmm, say harrasment, or mine reversed.

Btw, am I muted because of this infraction?
