Banned because of scamming ?

Hi , im user " weeed " but i dont know what im banned for ... i can guess only that , wierd guy sent me PM-s before that ...and in msn he wanted to buy rwt quide , but i never sayd anywhere im selling anything .
He offered me account which didnt exist , or atlast i couldnt log on it and i blocked him because i was bored of talking useless people .

If i was banned for some other reason , why im banned for scamming ?
Never scammed any1, how can i be banned for anything what i havent done , if theres enough proof for somthing that i havent done , how can it be safe or unsafe for any1 ?

I hope this thing gets resloved and im getting unbanned but i dont know if i should get some compense , because it probrly damages my business and everything . :S
