I run a service with a team of workers, as per my rules everything is outsourced . And you were in knowledge of this as you’ve agreed to MY TOS.
You are just trying to get out of paying for the service like a gypsy .

I give you a very good deal, normally I’d charge 3 times this amount. I told you the account would be completed and it would be, you were unsatisfied with 6 hours of progress a day so I found another worker as I’ve said to complete the timeframe.

as we’ve spoken I’d take all responsibility for any ban , but seeing as that’s been squashed I want to continue this service as I’m in the right

 

If you’d like me to cease service on the account I will refund what is left of the service to complete .

as stated before I can scratch my balls with $350, I’m not looking to scam you here as I make quadruple that in daily revenue. But I’m not going to let someone walk all over me to avoid paying for services done.

I did not explicitly, I replaced the worker to complete in the time required as the client was unsatisfied with the first worker, I should’ve been more clear but to be fair as pair the tos we claim responsibility for any ban ; seeing as it is a quashed ( we we took I form scratch). I request we should finish the order .
