Guru scamming again - false promises

Explanation of the trade: They have attempted to scam me before as you can see here but fortunately with the bad publicity it brought them, they decided to refund me. Unfortunately before the first scam attempt and now this this instance, i had already paid them to make 10x TOA accounts, providing them with 100M and 10x membership codes totaling me $37USD. In the evidence i'll provide, you will see that they have been stalling non-stop, and have not once provided me with any proof they have started these accounts, and everytime i ask for progress updates they have an excuse of either "ok tomorrow" or "i was in hospital" or "i was on holiday"

I gave him the benefit of doubt because he had refunded the $65 but unfortunately it was clear he only did this to save himself from being removed from other discord servers and being banned.. Unfortunately though it looks like he is still intent on scamming people.

On the 6th of this Month, after i had made a scam report on him and asked multiple times for a refund, he finally posted me a screenshot of 10 accounts progress which were base 30 melee stats.

 

Considering how i am unable to get any progress or proper response from Guru, even after giving him weeks upon weeks of extensions and FINALLY ONLY getting a response from him after making scam reports, I DO NOT want to continue dealing with him at all and would like to cut ties completely.

 

Actually the thing is that this guy has scammed an Ds2 account value 60$ account with me.This was the reason why I stopped working on it I'll give him $37 if he returns my account first

Actually, I had sent the details of this account correctly and he also talked to me asking me to return the 6 dollars to him.And he didn't know what happened so he filed a report against me And he told me to return the money from my account And when I returned its payment It knew that whatever I gave to this account was unregistered. He took advantage of this thing and registered the account with him and changed his password. In fact, if it returns my account, I will give it back $37. The value of his account was 60$.It has scammed with me with plan please resolve this thing. And when I asked it, it told me that I had added the details to the sythe report by mistake. Its mistakes are not my fault And he wrote many long conversations to annoy me If he does not send the account details in this sythe report Then I would have refunded it with 37$ But because of this I have lost $60. If it returns that to me I will return $37.
I think he is making an excuse That I had added the account details in the report. He also knew that the account was unregister.I can't afford this loss because I don't own any server. I know he did all this with a plan.

 

Sorry man already am lost ds2 value 60$ because of this person now i can not afford any losss
