Why did you create another thread for this? You have another thread also on the top page for this section. Nobody can do this right now. There's too few capes in game, Jagex can monitor the capes coming in easily right now.

Wait until there's hundreds in game.

Your only chance to even mitigate that is to have them proxy extremely close to your city/town. That way you can just claim you brought your laptop to a friends house or something. But again, there's still risk even doing that.
