The minimum stats I can complete INFERNAL with is:
90+ Range ~ 94+ Magic ~ 70+ Defence

- Evidence of the Fire Cape completed -

The minimum stats I can complete FIRE Cape with is:
60+ Range ~ 1+ Prayer ~ 1+ Defence​

For the infernal cape to actually be completed, we will have to work it out via PM's to figure out the safest and best way to complete the service without either party being jeopardized.

For the fire capes, if they are 1 prayer keep in mind there is a large amount of fee's due to it being really demanding. Also a decent amount of gear is required.
