Reporting a scammer (wood ripper)

He added me on msn asking me for the 7 digit i was selling, I asked if he was a regular here he said im "wood ripper" and sent me a PM (admins can verify that he sent me a pm) to make sure it was him, since he was a regular here since 05 i gave him the account then he was like "shit i just quarntined steam with kaspersky" he checked the account later said it was ok, gave him my paypal address and he didnt send the $$ then today i asked him why, he said "ill send it later" he didnt.

 

Banned until he sends the money.
