    Binging/Ripped.

    So 2 years ago i used to be very fat and i lost alot of weight and became very lean and gained alot of muscle naturally so this winter i decided to "bulk" and i gained alot of fat and the thing is i keep trying to cut down again after 1-3 weeks i go back to the unhealthy food it happends at night like i can't control myself i'm not overweight like alot overweight i'm actually 180 pounds and 5'10 i used to be 160 pounds but i gained 20 pounds in 3 months and i know if i keep going i'm gonna ruin my life but i really have problems controlling myself i have days when i consume over 10,000 calories easly and days over 15,000 i really am depressed it's starting to take over my social life and getting my thinking about going on steroids to cut down i know that would be very idiotic at the age of 17.

    Anyone who has had this before or knows what to do i've tryed everything, i need to get strong minded again it seems i'm lacking alot in motivation.

    Don't be depressed. Your mindset is nearly the entire battle. The fact is that you cannot think down on yourself at all right now.

    You did lose a lot of weight before, you can do it again. Staying down on yourself will make you never lose weight. Think positive and you will gain the motivation and then you will do everything to lose the weight.

    Remember, positive thinking gets positive results. Criticizing yourself will not get you anywhere.
