So Yaroow tells me that I admitted to having my IP banned in the past, now how do I prove that I was kidding? Also who would legitimately admit to that :s..?

 

You're obviously a ban evader, and if I had even the slightest proof of something that connected you to your last account, you'd have been banned the instant you PMed me requesting for a PM.

Merely saying "I'm kidding" will not save you from this, build a case and try for a pardon.
