Okay, well here i have my first try at a stock image, its still in progress and as my thread states i have no idea how to work with these kinda things. Heres the sig, in progress:



Yes i know theres not much done but thats why its in progress, i need lots and lots of tips for these kinda things guys, please help me out.

remove the pen line. it doesnt really fit in and looks pretty bad,
and try not to center your focal, crop a bit of the side of stock or something
and maybe add in a c4d/fractal.

 

Alrigh I'll see how it looks without the penline, also the way i have it now the background is desaturated (im at school will update later), noob question; whats a fractal? I have one c4d in that one and i added one more in the version at home. Illupdate then.

 

fractals are geometric shapes or patterns, generally made in apophysis.
for GFX its mainly used to create lighting effects/sources.
eg.
usually set it to screen/colourdodge etc. sorta the same as using effect c4ds.

On topic: updated post with V2, now im gonna try and take soem of kovan and other artists inputs to see what i can come up with, im just strapped for ideas.
