In order to have people actually READ the rules..

i disagree, thats too much and people might forget to read it. once is good enough

 

i meant literally force. like how windows has a welcome screen. or just mass pm the rules....

 

Mass PM isn't practical because people can just skip over it. I'm suggesting a way for people to ACTUALLY READ THE RULES.

When one first creates an account, each rule is stated on a page, and the user has to click through each page, until he/she reads through every rule, and is then allowed onto the main page of Sythe.
