    did a little more digging and i think this is enough

    on this thread http://www.sythe.org/xbox-accounts/1529076-buying-gamertag.html

    User is selling xbox account named "Legitamist" as seen here
    and here [​IMG]

    and if you look here at Flussp's xbox gamertag on his banned sythe profile it lists his gamertag as the same one chickennugget is trying to sell seen here http://www.sythe.org/members/323545-flussp.html

    Way too many coincidences to be nothing..
