Scammed by Castro

Explanation of the trade: Sold me unlimited members mobile trial method for OSRS
Amount scammed: $60 USD
How they scammed: Purchased Castro's unlimited members mobile trial on 31st July 2019 for bypassing "Transaction not completed error", after purchasing the method it was not working.

As seen from both the links, the method wasn't working on the date of purchase.

I contacted him and asked for advise and he told me to try several workarounds which lasted for a period of 1.5-2 weeks.

1) He advised me to get a new phone and so I got secondary phone which can be seen here and the result was still the same.
2) He advised me to get new sim cards and so I purchased quite a few simcards all of them did not work either: proof
3) He told me to try a new gmail provider and results were still the same proof
4) Finally after ordering a new sim card from another telecom provider which came 1 week later, results were also the same.

After trying all the "workarounds" that he advised which lasted for about 1.5-2 weeks, I asked for a 50% refund since the method wasn't working, he then blames it on "Google recent changes" and the method I bought was no longer working even though I wasn't even able to use it from the beginning(proof). He refuses to give me a refund due to his own "TOS". I believe he was trying to buy time so as to use "Google recent changes" as an excuse that the method had expired. Also, he states his method was working since he's able to sell the trial membership method accumulating over thousand dollars, but I'm think that he had sold me an alternate faulty method and not the actual one.
