Vanguardrsps is a scammer.

Explanation of the trade:
Please note this was an elaborate scam pieced together so it is a long explanation and I will attempt to be as clear and thorough as possible.

Firstly I was approached by "vanguardrsps," and he offered to buy 20b at 1.8$/B Ikov. As shown by the screen shots.

For this first trade, he did not scam me and I received full payment. However, he then continued to ask to buy more so I offered to sell him another 200B. It was stupid of me not to ask for a payment after each trade but I proceeded to trade him over a total of 195B in one go, the screenshots show proof of the trades and the conversation about the trades. They also show him saying "recieved," to verify that I did pay him.

This is where the scam comes in, in the last screenshot he said there was a problem with the payment. Here is the screenshot he sent me.

So me being sceptical, I called paypal and asked why this problem occurred. They told me that if I had ANY payment pending, I would see it on my account too, but I didn't. I then told them the transaction ID and they told me that they had literally no evidence of that transaction ID. I then told Dave ( Sythe Staff ) about my problem over skype, and he said he had never seen the pending payment thing, ever. So I insisted he forward me the paypal receipt but he hesitated and said he had to download a email client because his email wasn't a Hotmail - http://gyazo.com/aa1d0abfbe8f7a47f8952a24a9ce083d .

It looked legitimate enough so I was convinced he was telling the truth, but he wasn't because a little while later, I noticed that the Transcation ID in the first screenshot he me - http://gyazo.com/fc114b18614a968bd76cfe28441de0d2.
It did not match the Transaction ID in the receipt he forwarded -

I called paypal again and it was the same story so I suggested that he call paypal and ask them what's up. He said that, he did and it was because "the payment was too big." He then continued to pester me and try to buy another 200B but I wasn't going to make the same mistake twice. He said, instead of wait the 7 days or so, he could try charge back the money and send it to me as an invoice. So I agreed, I just wanted my money. He said that he called paypal but they wouldn't release the funds for a while apparently. So I demanded for a refund. He said as follows -

So yeah, I waited the 5 days and when I messaged him he started giving me bullshit about he was kicked out of the house and such. When I confronted him this is what he has said.

I have then sent multiple messages and he has not responded since then.

Here is a screenshot of the Invoice he said that he would pay but now it has been nearly 2 weeks unfortunately, I have only just got time to report this scumbag.
