Important market rule changes and a sandbox update

Hello Sythe Community,

Today we are announcing some changes to the market. Vouches may no longer be used to circumvent the previous 8-hour bump timer. However they may still be used to bump a thread. The bump timer has been reduced to 4 hours to compensate for this. Our intent is that this change creates a more fair market system for all users and gives everyone equal opportunity for exposure. Naturally this will lead to an overall increase in user post count so as a reminder we will mention that POST COUNT IS NOT A MEASURE OF TRUST PLEASE DO NOT THINK OTHERWISE!

For the next change, we are forbidding the "drive-by" spam posting of discord links. If you'd like someone to join your discord, you can PM them your Discord tag and ID on Sythe or reach out to them yourself on discord. Quite a few users complained about unhelpful posts like these on their service request threads and in that note, we are requiring that IF you are going to post on a service request thread, you must include a quote for the service. This is a very small but helpful inclusion and will greatly increase user satisfaction, which benefits everyone.

We have revamped the sandbox from its former cluster of a section to the glory you will find here: Sand Box thank you @Gen and @Shin. The sandbox now has four subsections to cover advertisement rentals, miniranks, sythe gold, and dice competitions. Please take a look at the new and improved section it's really quite nice.
