Dae098 - Scammed me out of an OSRS account I paid for

Explanation of the trade: He made a post selling his OSRS account here (https://www.sythe.org/threads/maxed...-99-slayer-all-round-great-acc/#post-99982689). Paid him $100 through Paypal, after the transfer, he disappeared and never sent me account details. Could see him online on Sythe after. See below for Sythe inbox chat with him leading into the discord chat:

How they scammed: Never sent me the account details after I sent him $100 through Paypal.
