    Why am I able to bump my own thread every 2 hours if i'm not allowed to bump it unless its every 4 hours? Do I have to go and look at the last time I bumped everytime I go to bump next? Why not just make it so that you're not able to physically bump until it's been 4 hours, rather than 2? I just got two infractions, I didn't even know I was doing anything wrong but apparently I was.
