Need trusted paypal help

alright, I've sort of ran into a predicament, I have acrued about 10 dollars on my paypal, but then sadly relized it was american and I can't send the money to other people, so I need someone to go on the account, change the pass and add something to make it so it can send money, send my new account the money and then take off their method of making it be able to send money, you can keep the pass changed. Oh yes, yo ucan also change the email so I can't recover it that way. Im shure you can keep a fee for doing this for me we can discuss it on my msn, [email protected]

I don't understand what you're asking. To me, it says you want the account changed so the US dollars can be sent. But then you go on about changing the pass. You want us to keep the PayPal account?

 

I would like you to go on the account that is unverified, unverify it, send me the money, and then take you CC off and just in case you don't trust me you can have the password still changed so their is absoulutely no way I can get yoru CC info.
