surround sound DID NOT pay up owed money

He admitted that he owed me money and has already made me wait 2 months before getting $5. Also, he admitted that he spent away the money that he owed for 40m rsgp. So basically he admitted that he spent away owed money for his own purposes and refuses to pay up now? How much easier can this get?








I have the rest of the chat screenshotted if a mod wants to see but it involves some discussion about his method not working and i don't want to leak anything even if it doesn't work.

 

In response to the above post/spam.

His report is concerning the fact that I did not refund him regarding one of my guides, which he purchased 2 months ago, and that I spend money that I owed him.

Firstly, he wants a refund on the grounds that my guide does not work. My guide does work, it is just that he does the required actions at a rate similar to a two-arm amputee. This DOES NOT warrant a refund. There are posts on my thread of people making 4M+ per hour on my guide.

Secondly, I only promised him a refund after I had refunded others, which cannot happen as I haven't received any contact from one in weeks, despite pming him over 6 times.

Thirdly, I actually offered him a refund in the form of another of my guides, which is what some other people got. I also offered him an account as a refund. The reason is I only currently have $3 in my paypal - enough for 1 pin which I need.

I did not scam yoyotw666, period.

 

Yoyotw666: you'll have to find a mod to look at the guide, and determine whether a refund is necessary. I can't ban him if he's going beyond his call to offer reimbursement in the first place - he says the guide works for some people, and if that's the case, then it isn't a scam (even if you don't quite get the same results).

Sorround Sound: If it is decided that you owe him a refund, then it is not up to you to choose what form that refund should take. If he paid in cash, than that is what he should receive unless he volunteers to accept another form of payment.
