Scammer - gppp exchanger

I was not interested in his account but the coins that he had on his account. So we already had a deal but befor the trade i asked him to meet me on world 30 at lumbridge castle. so I definitely knew he had that account with that coins on it. So when i was waiting he went offline.. and i was waiting 15minutes more on the agreed place and he didn't showed his self. the deal was im buying his account with 160m on it for 120$.
