How it was done:

1. Login to RuneScape
2. Turn on HotSpot Shield (google it) while Login is loading - this changes your IP (disconnects you, then reconnects you instantly)
3. Bing! Done!

When you first log in it takes a while for the players around you. Well, when I say a while I mean like two seconds.
